Typically, we wrap up most requests in two days or less. Yet, for those trickier tasks demanding extra care, we'll invest the necessary time to deliver top-notch results. Quality always comes first, regardless of the deadline.
Clients usually send us their requests directly through Slack, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even send a quick Loom video if they prefer not to write out their briefs. As long as you can link it or share, we're good to go.
We do our best to tweak designs until you are happy. However, if you’re not happy with our services, you can request a refund in the first 30 days.
